- Attempt to bypass usage limits or authentication;

6. Plans, Fees, and Taxes (if applicable)
Some features may require payment. Prices are stated at checkout or in your plan. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non–refundable and exclude taxes, which you are responsible for. We may change prices or features on notice for future billing periods.
7. Intellectual Property
We and our licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, designs, and trademarks. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you in these Terms, no rights are transferred.
8. Confidentiality
Non–public information disclosed by either party that is marked or reasonably understood as confidential must be protected and used only to fulfill these Terms.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. Our use of Google user data obtained via Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
10. Service Changes
We may modify or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time, with or without notice. If we discontinue material functionality you paid for, we will provide a pro–rated refund of pre–paid fees for the unused portion of your current term.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non–infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error–free, or secure.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100.
13. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Twelve Legs Marketing and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, El Paso County, without regard to conflict–of–law rules. The courts located in Colorado, El Paso County shall have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
16. Export & Sanctions
You must comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws and may not use the Service if you are located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any embargoed country or on any denied–party list.
17. Communications
By creating an account, you may receive service–related emails. You can opt out of non–essential communications at any time.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page with the updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
